Starting this thread to share my experience and hear from others in the community. Happy to discuss in detail.
 
I've dealt with support across many services. The range of quality is massive.
 
Best support I've experienced: ticket resolved with specific technical steps within 2 hours.
 
Same-day response is the minimum standard for a paid service in my opinion.
 
I prefer ticket systems over live chat actually — you get a written record of everything.
 
Good support also asks for the right information: device, app version, timestamps, error messages.
 
Nothing worse than a support agent who just says 'try restarting your device' without asking anything.
 
When support provides specific, device-appropriate steps — that shows real expertise.
