Portal shows "Loading" forever on MAG — troubleshooting steps

This is one of the most common MAG issues. Let me give you the checklist.

It's a MAG 254. I know it's old but it was working fine before.

Does the portal URL use http:// or https://? MAG 254 struggles with https in some firmware versions.

MAG 254 has known issues with portals that switched to HTTPS-only endpoints.

It uses https. Would switching to http fix it?

If the server still supports http, yes. Ask your provider for the http endpoint.
