Sharing my experience with ClearWave across different apps and devices. Happy for others to add their experiences.

UK user — TiviMate on Firestick is my primary setup. ClearWave works with the Xtream Codes connection. Catch-up works perfectly. EPG is accurate to the minute.

IPTV Smarters Pro on a Samsung Galaxy phone — excellent for on-the-go viewing. Login is stable and does not require re-entering credentials after app updates.

The login persistence issue with IPTV Smarters on Firestick is a known bug with older APK versions. Use the latest version and it is resolved.

Ireland — Smart IPTV on LG webOS TV. Setup via MAC address activation on the Smart IPTV website. Took 15 minutes including the activation wait time. Works reliably since.

Smart IPTV on LG is a solid combination. The activation process is a bit old-fashioned but the result is stable.

XCIPTV 4 on Android TV box — the 4K HDR streams play without any issues. Channel switching is noticeably faster than IPTV Smarters. Recommend for Android TV users.

Has anyone tested on a Windows PC via the Windows app versions of any of these players?

I use IPTV Smarters Pro on Windows. It runs fine. Not as slick as the mobile apps but functional for testing or occasional desktop use.

Australia — OTT Navigator on a Chromecast with Google TV. The VOD interface in OTT Navigator is excellent. Browse categories clearly. Much better VOD experience than TiviMate in my opinion.

OTT Navigator's VOD section is genuinely better designed than TiviMate for browsing large libraries. TiviMate wins for live TV management though.

New Zealand — Flix IPTV on Apple TV 4K. Very clean interface. The tvOS navigation feels completely native. Easy to recommend for Apple TV users.

MAG device user — portal connection established quickly. No issues with EPG timing. Very reliable.

USA — Kodi with IPTV Simple Client. Good for users who prefer the media centre approach. Takes more setup but very customisable once configured.

VLC on a Mac for occasional testing. Works for checking streams but is not practical for daily use. I use GSE Smart IPTV for regular viewing on Mac.

UK user — tested on a Samsung Frame TV using Smart IPTV. Works well. The Frame TV screen looks excellent with high-quality streams.

Android phone user here — IBO Player on a OnePlus. App interface is clean and functional. Stable for mobile viewing.

IBO Player has improved a lot in recent versions. Good option for Android phone/tablet users who find IPTV Smarters too complex.

Ireland — Perfect Player on an older Android box. Lightweight, runs well. Good option for users who have hardware they do not want to replace.

Canada follow-up — tested on a newer Firestick 4K Max versus an older Fire TV Stick. The performance difference is significant on higher bitrate 4K streams. If you have an older stick, an upgrade makes a real difference.
