Starting this thread to share my experience and hear from others in the community. Happy to discuss in detail.

I've had this experience twice. A service that was great suddenly degrades.

Common causes: the service grew in subscribers faster than their infrastructure.

They take on more subscribers than their servers can handle, quality drops for everyone.

Another cause: CDN partner changed or contract terms changed, affecting capacity.

The right response is to contact support with a detailed report of when the issues started.

Include timestamps, your device, your connection type, and specific content types affected.

Two weeks is reasonable. If they don't respond meaningfully, that tells you a lot about their professionalism.

I've had services that fixed issues quickly and apologized. Those are the keepers.

And services that never responded and kept billing. Those are the ones to cancel.
