Netherlands user here. Comparing IPTV Smarters Pro and XCIPTV — which is better for a Firestick? I have used Smarters before but keep hearing XCIPTV 4 is faster for channel switching. Would appreciate a comparison from someone who has used both on Firestick specifically.

**Step 2: Clear the app cache (not data).** Android Settings → Apps → TiviMate → Storage → Clear Cache. This removes temporary files that the new version may have created incompatibly. Do not clear Data yet — that removes your playlists and settings.

Canadian user here. Response time was about 2 hours on a weekday. Weekend was slightly longer but still same day. The support agent walked me through the TiviMate settings step by step. Sorted within one exchange.

One important note: some providers count each app open as a connection even if you are not actively streaming. These are the providers to avoid — that model is unusual but exists.
